The Windsor Guest House is a well-established bed and breakfast in the busy market town of Northallerton.  Ideally situated close to both the town centre and the mainline railway station, the Windsor Guest House, a Victorian four-storey terraced house, sits on South Parade and has 6 well-appointed guest rooms set over two floors accessible by stairs. The individually decorated rooms provide a comfortable and relaxing place to stay with tea and coffee facilities, TV/DVD and internet access.

The Windsor Guest House is a dog friendly bed and breakfast.  Please call for details prior to booking.

A freshly cooked-to-order breakfast is included to set you up for the day using local produce when available. We can cater for most dietary requirements, just let us know when booking.

There is plenty to see and do in Northallerton including the architecture of the Georgian High Street and characterful old buildings such as the Fleece Inn and a bit of history too! Wonderful independent shops such as Lewis and Coopers (known as the Fortnum and Mason of the North!), Barkers Department Store with its award winning  card and gift department  and the excellent selection of high street names all mingle with cafes and restaurants including the famous Betty's Cafe, a 'must visit'!

Northallerton market arrives on Saturdays and Wednesdays with everything from cup cakes to pyjamas and all just a short walk from the Windsor Guest House.

The Friarage Hospital, Council Offices and Courts are all within walking distance as well as the County Records Office for Family History or other research.

Close to all road, rail and bus routes, this traditional bed and breakfast is the ideal place to stay to explore this beautiful county by car, cycling (bike storage is available) or walking with Northallerton standing in the Vale of Mowbray between the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. You can take the Wensleydale Railway  which has a station in Northallerton or get a train to York and walk the castle walls.

Please note that the online booking site has a limited selection of rooms for our bed and breakfast so please call us to check further availability.
